Dao’s career spans nearly every dimension of real estate. She began her journey flipping homes and working on residential and commercial development projects, giving her a deep, hands-on understanding of the market from an investor’s perspective. That entrepreneurial spirit also led her to launch a real estate brokerage and property management company and run a successful restaurant business. Dao doesn’t just talk about building wealth through real estate—she’s done it, and she brings that lived experience to every client and agent she serves.

Before diving into real estate full time, Dao built a distinguished career as a corporate attorney, specializing in complex B2B contracts, international trade compliance, and high-level negotiations. She holds multiple certifications, including a U.S. Customs Broker License (with a pass rate of only 1%) and credentials as a Certified Export Compliance Officer and Certified ITAR Professional. Her legal background gives her a razor-sharp edge in contract strategy and deal structuring—skills that translate directly into real estate success.
